Smiltenes BRUT cider made with the methode traditionelle, comes in 0.75l bottles and has a 6.7% alcohol content. Made from late autumn apples grown in Northern Latvia. The bottles are allowed to ferment and age for 9 months. The cider is dry in taste, sparkling, with just a hint of sweetness. On the nose it is fruity and toasty notes.

Smiltenes semi dry and semi sweet cider are also made with the methode tradionelle method, comes in 0.75l bottles and has a 6.7% alcohol content. Made from late autumn apples grown in Northern Latvia. The 2015 harvest. Bottle are allowed to age and ferment for 3 months. The cider is bright and fresh and balanced with some degree sweetness. On the nose, it has a richness of fresh fruit and wild flowers. Will be available from Mid April, 2016.

Wild blueberry-Aronia berry wine. Come in 0.75l bottles and has a 13% alcoholic content. The wild blueberries are handpicked in the forests surrounding the town of Smiltene and blened with Aronia berries. The berries are crushed and allowed to ferment according to the red wine technique. The wine is aged in Oak. Now available.

Mulled black currant wine, ZIEMA. Comes in 0.75l bottles and has a 11% alcoholic content. The wine is made is accordance with the red wine technique. The wine is bright with a slight tartness, balanced with sweetness. On the nose it is fresh, with the aroma of currants, jam, and tawny spices. Best enjoyed slowly warmed on a cold winters day. Will be available from November 2016.
